Aboriginal Communities

Building Capacity is a virtual campus dedicated to the provision of online training that enhances and builds the capacity of individuals and communities. The online portal is an initiative of Millbrook Technologies Ltd which is wholly owned by the Millbrook First Nation. Millbrook Technologies has launched a National Aboriginal Capacity Initiative where by Aboriginal communities from coast to coast to coast can benefit from each others strengths in the pursuit of economic growth opportunities.

Strategic alliances, technology transfer agreements and collective strategic positioning will result in better, healthier and sustainable communities.

We invite expressions of interest from the Aboriginal communities who are committed to the revitalization of their communities and have a desire to participate in the knowledge based economy.
